Want to win a new supercar? How about a Lamborghini Gallardo, Ferrari 458 Italia or maybe an Audi R8? If like us you love supercars you might be interested in Best of the Best, the airport supercar prize competition company. Established in 1999 in the UK, they give away a new car every month: that's over £10 million dream cars won by over 300 winners in the last 10 years. Winning a supercar could be easier than you thought. Most people love the look and sound of supercars, but have little chance of driving - let alone owning - this type of dream car themselves. These days you'll need a cool £100,000 to buy one and that excludes insurance, petrol and other costs required to keep the car on the road. If you've driven a supercar already - perhaps with friends on a driving experience day - you're likely to want to try it again! There's nothing like the feeling of acceleration when you put your foot down, is there? Win a supercar competitions are one of the few ways to win a dream car like this for the price of a train ticket from Manchester to London. You might have already come across Best of the Best Plc if you've travelled by plane via any major UK terminal in recent years. Their stands aren't easy to miss: just look for a shiny new Ferrari or Aston Martin. Although a few years ago the salespeople were sometimes a little pushy, the company is now very established and the new website is much more user friendly. More importantly, they still give away one supercar or sports car every 30 days despite dropping the entry price from £60 to £20. Every month, a new win a supercar competition is launched on their website with a new line-up of stunning vehicles to be won. Players are invited to buy a ticket for £5, £10 or £20 and play Spot the Ball to win a supercar online. The price of the ticket determines the value of your car prize, ranging from a Porsche Boxster Spyder to a Lamborghini LP560-4 Coupe, and everything in between. In other words, you can pick amongst a selection of sports cars or supercars depending on the type of ticket you played with. Alternatively, there is always a cash prize ranging from £35,000 to £100,000. The interface and the rules of the competition are intuitive so anyone can enter. Players are shown a football photo where the ball has been digitally removed. Just like the classic Spot the Ball games printed in UK newspapers back in the 1970s, players have to pick a spot on the picture where they think the centre of the ball should be. Expert referees play the same game and the person whose coordinates are closest to theirs wins the competition. Of course, running a supercar isn't cheap. That's why each supercar comes with money towards servicing and maintenance costs. If you live outside the UK or want it delivered in another country, each car is available in either left or right hand drive. Best of the Best will also ship and deliver the car prize in most countries at no extra cost. You might want to practice a bit first on their website before actually entering the main supercar competition. There are free competitions to win smaller prizes like Apple iPods, as well as ongoing competitions giving away gadgets, luxury holidays and watches (these cost £1-2). All competitions are open to residents worldwide but players must be aged 16 years or over to take part. Win a supercar at Best of the Best.
